About Rayye Collective

Rayye Collective is an online photography directory that connects clients with independent photographers.

Rayye Collective is not a booking agency and is not a party to any agreement made between photographers and clients.

All bookings, payments, contracts and services are arranged directly between the photographer and client.

Photographer Listings

Photographers may purchase monthly or yearly subscription listings through the website.

Subscription tiers, pricing and listing features are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, photographers authorise recurring payments through Stripe until cancellation.

Photographers may cancel at any time. Listings remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

If subscription payments fail or stop, listings may be removed from the platform.

Founding pricing offered at launch remains locked for photographers who maintain an active subscription.

Rayye Collective reserves the right to change future pricing for new subscriptions or future plans.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered case by case at our discretion.

If Rayye Collective removes or suspends a listing through internal quality review, a refund may be issued where appropriate.

Photographer Responsibility

Photographers listed on Rayye Collective operate as independent businesses.

Each photographer is solely responsible for:

• Pricing
• Service delivery
• Communication
• Contracts
• Cancellations
• Refunds
• Insurance
• Legal compliance
• Safety during sessions

Rayye Collective accepts no responsibility for disputes, cancellations, injury, dissatisfaction, image delivery, pricing disagreements or financial loss arising from services provided by photographers listed on the platform.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing photographer profiles before making contact.

Any agreement entered into is directly between the client and photographer.

Photographer availability, pricing and booking terms are determined by each individual photographer.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased through Rayye Collective are valid for three years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Vouchers may be redeemed with participating photographers listed on the platform, subject to photographer availability and pricing.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Unused balances remain valid within the original three-year period.

Rayye Collective acts as a directory platform only. Photography services are arranged directly between the voucher holder and the selected photographer.

If a selected photographer is unavailable, the voucher may be used with any other participating photographer listed on the platform within the voucher validity period.

Content and Images

Photographers retain ownership of content uploaded to their profiles.

By uploading content, photographers grant Rayye Collective permission to use images, profile content and business details for marketing, blog content, social media, advertising, website features, email marketing and promotional material.

Quality and Conduct

Rayye Collective reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, suspend, refuse, edit or remove any listing, content or account at any time if it does not align with platform standards, brand values, legal requirements or the intended quality of the directory.

Website Availability

We aim to keep the website operating smoothly, however uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rayye Collective excludes liability for any loss, damage, delay, injury or dispute arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Gift Voucher Terms

All Rayye Collective gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Vouchers may be redeemed with any participating Rayye Collective photographer at the time of booking, subject to that photographer's availability and pricing. The voucher code must be provided when securing your session.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Rayye Collective acts as a directory platform only. Photography services, bookings and delivery are arranged directly between the voucher holder and the selected photographer.

Rayye Collective is not responsible for photographer availability, pricing changes, cancellations, service outcomes, or unauthorised use of voucher codes.
