We feature photographers specialising in Family, Newborn, Underwater, Birth and Maternity.
- How do I know a photographer is professional?
Each photographer creates a detailed profile showcasing their work, experience and services. Many also include testimonials to help you explore who feels like the right fit.
- What if I'm not sure what style I want?
Take your time exploring galleries and descriptions. Many photographers explain their style and approach to help guide you.
- Do photographers set their own prices?
Yes. All pricing, packages and availability are set directly by the photographer.
- How do I contact a photographer?
Use the contact button on their profile to reach them directly. You will also find links to the photographer's personal social media profiles and website if you wish to browse further before enquiring.
- Will my contact details be shared?
Your details are only shared with the photographer or photographers you choose to contact.
- What happens after I send an enquiry?
The photographer will respond directly to discuss availability, pricing and next steps.
- Can I book a photographer directly through Rayye Collective?
No. Rayye helps you discover and connect with photographers, but bookings are made directly with the photographer you choose.
- Can I purchase gift vouchers through the Rayye Collective website?
Yes. Rayye gift vouchers can be used with participating photographers listed on the platform, subject to photographer availability and pricing.
- What if I have an issue with a photographer?
For any issues related to a booking or service, please reach out to the photographer directly. All agreements are made directly between photographers and clients. We do, however, welcome feedback if you believe a listing does not align with our platform guidelines.

- Who can join Rayye?
Professional photographers who meet our quality guidelines are welcome to apply across a range of specialties, including Family, Newborn, Underwater, Maternity and Birth.
- How do I join Rayye?
Simply sign up, choose your listing tier, complete payment, then build and publish your profile.
- How does Rayye help grow my business?
Rayye helps photographers get discovered, build credibility, and connect with clients who are actively searching for photography services.
- Is there a cost to be listed?
We offer both monthly and yearly subscriptions with Essential and Premium listing options, so you can choose what best suits your business goals.
- Can I upgrade from Essential to Premium later?
Yes. You can upgrade your listing at any time to access Premium features.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- How do clients contact me?
Clients contact you directly through your Rayye profile using a contact button. They can also access your email and social links through your profile.
- Does Rayye take a commission?
No. Rayye does not currently take commission on bookings made through the platform.
- How do I stand out on Rayye?
A complete profile, strong portfolio images, clear service descriptions and upgrading to a Premium listing all help increase visibility.
- Can I update my profile after joining?
Yes. You can update your images, categories, service areas and profile details at any time.
- Do you review photographer profiles?
Yes, we are committed to maintaining a high standard across Rayye. We reserve the right to review, suspend or remove listings that do not align with our platform standards, professional expectations or brand values.
- How do I pay for my listing?
Payments are handled securely online via subscription.

- What is our refund policy?
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered case by case at our discretion. If Rayye Collective suspends or removes a listing through our quality review process, a refund may be issued where appropriate.
